This was my first time buying a car, and he was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to walk me through every step of the process and answer all of my questions. He was always available whenever I needed help and even stayed late to make sure I had everything I needed before I left. My experience with the dealership wasn't without its challenges, and resolving an issue with a damaged tire took considerably more time and persistence than I had hoped. That said, I believe it's important to recognize when a business ultimately does the right thing and I appreciate that the situation was ultimately resolved fairly. Throughout the process, the dealership remained professional, and in the end they agreed to cover the full cost of the tire replacement. While I would have preferred a quicker resolution, I appreciate their willingness to work through the issue and stand behind the vehicle. Thank you to everyone involved for helping bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
