My experience with the dealership wasn't without its challenges, and resolving an issue with a damaged tire took considerably more time and persistence than I had hoped. That said, I believe it's important to recognize when a business ultimately does the right thing and I appreciate that the situation was ultimately resolved fairly. Throughout the process, the dealership remained professional, and in the end they agreed to cover the full cost of the tire replacement. While I would have preferred a quicker resolution, I appreciate their willingness to work through the issue and stand behind the vehicle. Thank you to everyone involved for helping bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.

Bought new tires from riverhead toyota for my 2018 4Runner. Got them installed and road-force balanced. Excellent job by the mechanic - very happy with the work, so far. Very easy to get the appointment date I preferred. Service advisor Frank Schortemeyer walked me through the process from start to end. Wait time less than 2 hrs. Will visit again for my next maintenance.
